A wildfire took place in Northern California in the foothills of the Cascade range on Monday. The wildfire has taken the lives of 3 people and caused a lot of turmoil in the famed wine producing regions of Napa and Sonoma countries. Tens of thousands of people are subjected to evacuation from the region.
The 3 deaths, who were civilians, were reported by country sheriff and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CalFire). No intricate details about their death are shared. However, this has rise the total death count to 29 since mid-August in a California wildfire season.
The Zogg fire, which has damaged 146 structures and charred 31,000 acres of hillsides and woodlands clashed with the incident of other conflagration in the north California’s wine country of Bay area.
The year 2020 has affected around 3.7 million acres in California pertaining to wildfires. Over 7,000 houses and other structures have been burned down in the year.
