Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court has extended the interim bail granted to actor Darshan in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case from Chitradurga. The court heard arguments regarding Darshan’s bail application and delivered the order, providing significant relief to the actor.
Senior advocate C.V. Nagesh represented Darshan, while SPP Prasanna Kumar argued on behalf of the state. After considering the arguments from both sides, the High Court reserved its final decision on the bail application but extended the interim bail until the final verdict. Earlier, Darshan was granted interim bail until December 11, when his legal team informed the court about an ongoing surgery.
