Kannada actress Samyukta Hegde lodges a complaint against Kavita Reddy for abuse and assault

Kannada actress Samyukta Hegde had stated that she and her friends were abused and attacked by Congress leader Kavita Reddy and a group of people led by her in a public park in Bengaluru on Friday. The reason for the attack and abuse that Hegde and her friend were working out in the park and also objected Samyukta’s athleisure wear. Kavita Reddy completely denied the allegations and said that the argument happened because they were playing loud music and abused the security guard when he asked them to stop.

The actress went live on Instagram and also posted on Twitter for standing up against Ms Reddy as she had shamed them for their clothes and blamed them for public indecency. Though, she did not receive any acknowledgment regarding the issue. She went to file an FIR against Kavita Reddy after consulting with her legal team on Saturday. “I am someone who does not let small things go. This is something big. I am going to fight this till the end, irrespective of what it takes to get justice,” She said.
