Kannada film industry actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani are going to be inquired in the police custody for the next three days, as announced by the court on Friday. The court has also ordered for continued custody and interrogation for four other men arrested in the scandal.
The Central Crime Branch (CCB) had produced the two actresses and four suspects before the metropolitan magistrate on Friday. Apart from Sanjjanaa’s custody, the four of them would be left by Friday.
After listening to the arguments of both the prosecution and defence lawyers, the magistrate ordered to extend the custody of the actresses and the four suspected drug peddlers till September 14. The CCB sources gave the information that neither of the actresses were cooperative in the investigation.
