Mysuru: Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a house near Basavanagudi Circle in Mysuru, where a prostitution racket was being run. Five women were rescued in the operation, and two individuals were arrested.
The racket was being operated in the jurisdiction of Hebbal Police Station at a house near Basavanagudi Circle. Stanley Parashu, the head of the organization “Odanadi,” informed the police about the illegal activities.
Following the lead, a team led by ACP Gajendra Prasad conducted a raid on the house. Five women hailing from Hassan, Mysuru, and K.R. Nagar were rescued during the raid.
