Punjab CM provides assistance to Delhi for Covid-19 management

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Saturday declared providing help to Delhi for managing the rising Covid-19 cases. Amarinder Singh stated, “Delhi is fighting a tough battle, and we are here to help if needed. I have said that earlier also.”

He had launched the 107 health and wellness centres for enhancing the healthcare infrastructure in the state and also cater to the facility of providing healthcare benefits and services to patients at the comfort of their homes. Amarinder Singh also applauded the “unsung heroes of the state for their excellent work in handling the Covid-19 pandemic.”

As per an official release, the Punjab CM said nobody would know regarding the time frame of the second wave hitting the state, but the experience of National Capital Region along with the other states or regions recommended its certain eventuality.

He further emphasized on wearing masks and taking precautions, and fight the pandemic while following the norms given by the Centre.
