Bengaluru: BJP MLC CT Ravi, who was arrested in connection with an FIR filed over allegations of using obscene language against Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar, has been ordered to be released immediately by the High Court.
The JMFC court in Belagavi had earlier transferred CT Ravi’s bail application to the Bengaluru Special Court for Public Representatives after preliminary hearings. Following his arrest, CT Ravi was being transported to Bengaluru under heavy police security by road.
