The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the examination schedule for classes 10 and 12, which will be beginning from May 4.

According to the dates released, the examination for class 10 will be conducted from May 4 to June 7, and the class 12 examination will be held between May 4 to June 10.

The regular schedule of CBSE board exams is about the prcatical exams planned for January, after which, the written examination is conducted in the month of February which lasts till March. But, for the current academic year, the exams have been pushed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

There has been a constant shift in the academic framework, as the schools were shut down from March 2020 to control the spread of the deadly virus, which was then resumed partially in a few states from October 15.

There is a relief, as to the schedule announced for the year for the students, unlike the last year, with the outbreak of Covid-19, the exams were stopped in-between and the results were pushed out via the alternative assessment scheme.
