Heavy Rain Alert for Bengaluru: Yellow Warning Issued

Bengaluru: The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rainfall in Bengaluru over the next 48 hours.

A yellow alert has been issued for several districts, including Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Bengaluru Rural, Bengaluru Urban, Chamarajanagar, Chikkaballapur, Chikkamagaluru, Chitradurga, Kodagu, Kolar, Mysuru, Ramanagara, Shivamogga, and Tumakuru.

The weather in Bengaluru has turned cloudy. The recorded temperatures in key areas are as follows:

  • HAL: Maximum temperature 28.3°C, Minimum temperature 18.5°C.
  • City Center: Maximum temperature 28.8°C, Minimum temperature 19.0°C.
  • KIAL (Kempegowda International Airport): Maximum temperature 29.7°C, Minimum temperature 19.4°C.
  • GKVK (University of Agricultural Sciences): Maximum temperature 29.0°C, Minimum temperature 18.2°C.

Additionally, moderate rainfall is expected in other districts, including Vijayanagara, Davanagere, Hassan, Yadgir, Vijayapura, Raichur, Koppal, Kalaburagi, Haveri, Gadag, Dharwad, Bidar, Belagavi, Bagalkot, and Uttara Kannada.READ THIS- Sanjay Malhotra Appointed as New RBI Governor
