India, China has a discussion over further disengagement amid Corps-Commander level talks

Post the successful disengagement with China in the Pangong Lake area, India and China conducted on Friday the 11th round of Corps-Commander Level talks in Ladakh where disengagement associated to the remaining friction points which consists of Gogra heights, Hot Springs and Depsang Plains as discussed, according to the Indian Army.

The meeting went on for over 13 hours on Friday and both the parties came to a conclusion of the meeting at around 11:30 pm.

India and China have been involved in a military stand-off for over a year but were disengaged from the most contentious Pangong lake area in the previous month post extensive talks at along both military and political levels.

The credentials for the disengagement were given to all stakeholders via Manoj Mukund Naravane, AR,y Chief General, who further also spoke about the country befitting from the inputs which were presented by the National Security Advisor Ajit Doval amid the crisis situation.

Till now, both the countries have conducted 10 rounds of talks which have happened at the Corps Commander level to reach the arrangement for disengagement from the Pangong lake area.
