Kannada cinema drug racket case: Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani to be in ED’s custody for 5 days

Enforcement Directorate (ED) got the custody of five days for Kannada film actresses Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani and three others arrested as granted by a special court.

The five of them have been charged with not just consumption of drugs but also supplying them via the drug peddlers.

The ED has revealed the details about their preliminary investigation which sums up huge amount of money involved in the records to the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) special court.

The ED quoted, “If such proceeds of crime involved in money laundering are not attached or confiscated immediately, the objects of the Act shall be defeated.”

The CCB official has revealed that a Nigerian drug peddler supplying drugs has been arrested, who has been reported to be an alleged associate of Simon, who was priorly taken into custody.

So far, the police officials have arrested 15 people involved in the drugs case.
