In Azerbaijan’s second largest city, Ganja, 20 people were hospitalized in an emergency hospital due to injuries triggered by an Armenia induced rocket attack on Sunday, said chief physician Gafar Ibragimov.
The Defence Ministry of Azerbaijan declared on Sunday morning about the Armenian rocket attacking the residential areas in Ganja. Armenian ministry has refused the claims. The shelling, which took the lives of 7 people and injured 34 was incident during the cease-fire, which both parties in the Nagarno-Karabakh conflict priorly agreed in Moscow.
“We have treated 20 patients, two of them in severe condition. There are five children under three among the patients who are currently receiving psychological assistance and undergoing rehabilitation. The others have been discharged, they are under medical supervision,” Ibragimov stated
