Amit Shah to have a talk in a public rally in Karnataka’s Bagalkot

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be addressing a public rally in Bagalkot district of Karnataka at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC) ground amid the second day in his two-day visit to the state of Karnataka.

Amit Shah will be leading the inauguration ceremony for the ethanol project of Kedarnath Sugar and Agro Products Limited scheduled for 11 am in Karakalmatti Village, Bagalkot district. After which, Shah will also be inaugurating the advanced simulation centre of KLE Hospital in the district at 12.45 pm, following which he will be attending the public rally which will happen in Belagavi’s JNMC ground.

On Saturday, during his first day of the two-day tour to Karnataka, the union minister laid the foundation stone of the Bhadravathi Rapid Action Force Centre, based n Shivamogga, Karnataka. While addressing the ceremony, Amit Shah appreciated the efforts taken by RAF for the maintenance of peace and order throughout the country and added further that RAF personnel are trustworthy and credible when it comes to expertise and excellence which led to the invite from United Nations in their peacekeeping missions starting as early as 2006. Dr AP Maheswari, the Director General of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) thanked the government for the alloted land for the CRPF’s mission and to the people of the country for giving so much love and respect to the force. Rapid Action Force is a specialized force representing CRPF for dealing with riots and situations which are revolving around public order.
