The Uttar Pradesh government is supposed to launch a new website for enabling people to be a part of the virtual ‘Deepotsav’ celebration, which is supposedly scheduled for November 13.
According to a statement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will also be present in the virtual ceremony, which will be organized at Shri Ramlala Darbar in Ayodhya, which will be brightly decorated with more than 5.5 lakh diyas.
The statement revealed, “After waiting for nearly five centuries, the dream of building the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi templeis finally being fulfilled. No devotee should deprived of lightning the lamp of faith in the Ram Darbar. To ensure the participation of all, the Uttar Pradesh government is preparing a website where virtual lamps can be lit.”
With the help of the virtual platform, the devotees will get the chance to light a lamp right before the image of Lord Ram, giving the choice to select from different lampstands. Alongside, the participants will be given the options from ghee, mustard oil and sesame oil. Moreover, the virtual hands which will be lightning the lamps based on the gender.
The statement further revealed that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had directed instructions for celebration with grandeur but clearly stated that COVID-19 protocol needs to be followed anywhere and special instructions for separate programmes.
