U.S. COVID-19 survivors to have a virtual ceremony on Sunday to honour the dead

In an attempt to honour the 207,000 lives that died due to the deadly COVID-19 pandemic, the survivors have organized for a virtual meeting ceremony on Sunday. The survivor’s meet is held as a call for the national strategies for ceasing the relentless march and having more effective measures.

Organized by the COVID-19 survivors, the National COVID-19 Remembrance event is the first national memorial service and will be streaming live from Washington, DC. The United States is the only nation that has the most number of deaths due to Covid-19.

The organizers will have a tough challenge with respect to connecting with viewers without giving them a feeling of helplessness or overwhelmed emotions by the scale of lives the pandemic which is taking the lives of more than 5,000
